Circa 1909...Home was built by George and Annie Mcrae, local mercantile owners.

It was established as a Bed and Breakfast in 1996 

by Debra Helton and Donna Pierce who just recently purchased the Inn back and refurbished it. 

Now it is Grand Ave Inn & Cottages, LLC.

Although we do not provide breakfast anymore, we still offer very nice

overnight accommodations with private and spacious rooms.

The Inn offers updated amenities, decor and furnishings while still leaving the nostalgic ambiance of the old days.

 Located one block from the City Walking track and tennis courts, 4 miles from the S.M.C.I. facility and only 20 minutes away from the Mill Creek Golf Course in Citronelle.

The Inn offers a screened in porch for relaxing, large shade trees and a quiet atmosphere.
